marketing executive - jd

• communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

• visit sites and architecture to explain the designs

• day to day office visit and maintain the records of all activities

• daily coordinating with designing team and sales team, team work required

• help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

• work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing activities

• maintain and update customer databases

• develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• support the management in delivering agreed activities

• monitoring market trends and analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities

• travels to meet clients on day to day basis

• regularly interacts with the designing team to identify the latest market trends to attract the clients.
