• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

• Visit sites and architecture to explain the designs

• Day to Day office visit and maintain the records of all activities

• Daily coordinating with designing team and sales team, Team work required

• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing activities

• Maintain and update customer databases

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Support the management in delivering agreed activities

• Monitoring market trends and analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities

• Travels to meet clients on day to day basis

• Regularly interacts with the designing team to identify the latest market trends to attract the clients.
