Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Content
Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, and email).
Content Creation: Write and proofread creative copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the companys brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Digital & Social Media
Social Media Management: Manage and monitor the company's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), engaging with followers and tracking performance.
Basic SEO/SEM: Support the digital team with basic search engine optimization (SEO) tasks and help monitor paid advertising (PPC) campaigns.
Market Research & Reporting
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or CRM software and prepare regular performance reports.
Event Coordination & Collaboration
Events & Exhibitions: Assist in organizing and attending corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external agencies (designers, printers, PR firms) and internal departments (Sales, Product) to ensure seamless project delivery.
