Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Executive who can help expand the companys student reach, generate quality leads, and build brand visibility in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
Generate qualified leads for training programs and certification courses.
Manage SEO, SEM, and online promotion strategies.
2. Campaign Management
Design and execute marketing campaigns for course launches and student enrollments.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better conversions.
3. Social Media & Branding
Manage the companys social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Develop content strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
4. Partnerships & Outreach
Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for student acquisition.
5. Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging EdTech trends.
Provide insights to improve course positioning and marketing strategy.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Qualifications

13 years of experience in Marketing / EdTech / Education Industry
Freshers with strong digital marketing skills may also apply.
