we are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented marketing executive to assist the directors in executing various marketing and business development activities.
this role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organised, and eager to learn branding, communication, and client acquisition. the candidate will support lead generation, outreach, and the agencys overall marketing efforts.
key responsibilities / kras
lead research: identify and qualify prospective client leads (startups, d2c brands, msmes) aligned with the ideal client profile.
outreach support: assist in executing personalised outreach campaigns (emails, linkedin, follow-ups) to generate leads and support business development.
collateral management: maintain and update marketing materials such as capability decks, case studies, and fee structures to ensure they are pitch-ready.
website & content coordination: assist in updating website content (service pages, portfolio, blogs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
email marketing: coordinate internal email campaigns (newsletters, invites, updates) and track performance metrics.
event coordination: provide logistical and promotional support for events, webinars, or speaking engagements.
marketing support: contribute to internal marketing activities including content creation, shoot coordination, reel scripting, and campaign execution.
reporting: compile monthly reports for lead lists, outreach status, website traffic, and email performance.
requirements
good understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals, with interest in the agency/startup ecosystem.
excellent copywriting and communication skills; ability to use ai tools (chatgpt, perplexity, gemini, etc.) for ideation and scripting.
familiarity with email marketing tools (mailchimp, hubspot, zoho campaigns).
basic knowledge of ga4 and website cms platforms (wordpress, square space, webflow).
creative sense with experience using canva or providing design feedback; ability to support deck creation.
exposure to shoot coordination, social media, or content workflows is a plus.
strong organizational skills with the ability to manage databases, track progress, and multitask.
willingness to travel outside mumbai for meetings and on-ground support.
positive learning attitude with eagerness to understand branding, communication, and business development.
