1. ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a high-calibre Marketing Executive to lead our nationwide sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to direct sales, capable of managing a professional team and expanding our footprint within the Rubber and Plastic raw material markets across India.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration for our industrial raw materials.
- Direct Sales Leadership: Directly engage with key high-value customers and corporate accounts to close deals and build long-term business partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new market segments and geographical territories across the All-India region.
- Revenue Accountability: Take full ownership of sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and contribution to the company-s bottom line.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the maintenance of strong relationships with existing industrial clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Gender/Age: Male candidates, aged between 35 to 40 years.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of solid experience in marketing or sales of Industrial Products. (Specific experience in Rubber, Plastics, or Chemical sectors is highly desirable).
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Professional degrees in Marketing or Business Management are a plus).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing a team and achieving collective targets.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across India as required by the business.
