Job Title: HR Manager Bulk Hiring

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager Bulk Hiring to lead high-volume recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mass hiring for frontline or blue-collar roles and will build scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive headcount targets within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to support large-scale talent acquisition across multiple business units and can also set up a new location, especially Tele Agents and BAMS hiring exposure will be an added advantage
b) Collaborate with business leaders and operations teams to forecast hiring needs, set timelines, and align recruitment pipelines.
c) Lead a team of recruiters (internal/external) and optimize use of ATS, recruitment marketing, and third-party staffing vendors or via portals like Work India, Apna or Job Hai.
d) Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pool through campus hiring, job fairs, social media, referrals, and sourcing partners.
e) Drive recruitment campaigns with innovative outreach methods: walk-ins, community hiring, referral drives, and mobile recruiting.
f) Monitor recruitment KPIs such as cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, Day 1 readiness, and offer-to-join ratio.
g) Build a strong connect with colleges / universities / training institutes to fulfil manpower related mandates and create strong market presence
h) Report hiring progress and analytics to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.
i) Collaborate with onboarding, training, and operations teams to ensure seamless Day 0/Day 1 experience.
j) Ensure that all the hiring requirements are kept within the given budget
Required Qualifications:
i) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
ii) 58 years of experience in talent acquisition with minimum 3 years in bulk/mass hiring.
iii) Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for 1000+ annual hires.
iv) Hands-on with job boards, ATS systems, Excel dashboards, and recruitment CRMs.
v) Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
