As the Real Estate Sales and Closing Manager at Courteous Real Estate Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales process from initial client engagement to closing. Key Responsibilities:

*Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

*Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

*Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

*Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from listing to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

*Negotiation: Assist in negotiations with buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

*Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.

*Closing Coordination: Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction.

*Documentation: Review and approve sales contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

*Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
