### 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage **HVAC service & maintenance operations**.

• Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

• Manage **Service Engineers, Technicians & Site Teams**.

• Plan and monitor **AMC & preventive maintenance** activities.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Provide technical solutions for major HVAC breakdowns.

• Monitor service quality, team productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with clients, project, sales and technical teams.

• Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation.

• Ensure adherence to **safety and quality standards**.

### 👤 Candidate Profile

🎓 Diploma / . / in **Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration** or related field.

🔹 10+ years of relevant experience in **HVAC Service & Maintenance**.

🔹 Experience in managing service teams and customer interactions.

🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

🔹 Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Willingness to travel to customer/site locations as required.
