Study Tender Terms & Conditions and provide Commercial comments in linewith company policy . Ensure compliance of guidelines with properManagement approval. Review Project Financials and ensure accurate Revenue recognition andappropriation of margin in line with item wise cost variance. Drive Lodgement and settlement of various claims viz statutory variation, priceescalation, over head etc. Provide accurate Forecast and Prepare various MIS reports, analyse thesame and submit early warning reports. Drive collection of old/sticky outstanding through customer interface. Close various issues raised by statutory auditors and provide adequatesupport for timely finaliation of Accounts. Ensure that a robust Legal support is provided to Operation relating to recoveries and other issues.
