Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts. You will develop strategic relationships with decision-makers in retail, e-commerce, financial services, hospitality, and other industries, positioning our loyalty and gift card solutions as a critical part of their customer engagement and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target enterprise-level prospects, leveraging networks, outbound outreach, and partnerships.
Solution Selling: Understand client business models, pain points, and objectives to position our loyalty and gift card offerings effectively.
Enterprise Account Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and product/tech teams.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to company growth targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Pipeline Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, loyalty, rewards, payment solutions, SaaS, or related industries.
Track Record: Proven ability to close large enterprise deals and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of loyalty programs, gift card ecosystems, or digital payments is a strong advantage.
Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to map solutions to complex business needs and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities with both business and technical audiences.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
