Responsibility for monthly financial close & accounting, implementation of systems, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, direct taxation, GST, audits, banking, forex & insurance
• Managing monthly close of financial accounting for reporting
• Key team member for Budgets, Strategic Plans & Investment evaluations
• Management reporting of actual vs. budget & key operating metrics
• Work with FP&A group for costing, reporting & analysis
• Invoicing for sales & receivable management including implementation of sales policies
• Management of Fixed Asset accounting & verification
• Framing & implementing financial policies, procedures & instituting internal checks & controls
• Indian GAAP reporting
• Direct taxes & assessments
• GST management
• Banking, Forex & Treasury management
• Coordinate with Statutory & Internal Auditors of the company
• Coordinate Legal/Secretarial with external agencies
• Insurance management
• Loans from Banks/Financial institutions
