we are seeking dynamic and self-motivated bba/mba freshers to join our growing ad sales team.

as an on-field ad management trainee, you will be responsible for building relationships, generating

leads, and closing deals by meeting clients face-to-face across assigned territories.

key responsibilities:

conduct on-ground sales activities and client visits which includes various advertiser brands and ad-agencies

identify new business opportunities and pitch our offerings

explain product/service benefits to prospective clients

support in product demos, lead generation, and closures

maintain daily visit logs and sales reports

collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

eligibility criteria:

bba graduates (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred)

excellent communication and presentation skills

willingness to travel extensively and meet sales targets

fluency in local language and english preferred

high energy, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset
