We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated BBA/MBA freshers to join our growing Ad sales team.

As an On-Field Ad Management Trainee, you will be responsible for building relationships, generating

leads, and closing deals by meeting clients face-to-face across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-ground sales activities and client visits which includes various advertiser Brands and Ad-agencies

Identify new business opportunities and pitch our offerings

Explain product/service benefits to prospective clients

Support in product demos, lead generation, and closures

Maintain daily visit logs and sales reports

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Eligibility Criteria:

BBA graduates (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively and meet sales targets

Fluency in local language and English preferred

High energy, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset
