Job Title: Assistant Management Representative (AMR)
Department: Quality Management System (QMS)
Reports To: Management Representative (MR)
Job Purpose:
The AMR supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures compliance with applicable quality standards, manages documentation control, coordinates internal and external audits, and assists in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, API Q1, and other customer or regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the QMS
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements and company procedures
- Maintain and control QMS documents, procedures, manuals and records
- Prepare and maintain annual audit schedules; coordinate internal, supplier and certification audits
- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
- Assist in organizing Management Review Meetings and prepare reports/KPI data
- Support maintenance of ISO 9001, API Q1, API Monogram certifications
- Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions
- Conduct or coordinate QMS awareness and internal auditor training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Additional qualifications in Quality Management Systems preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS or Document Control
- Experience in ISO 9001-certified organizations preferred
- Internal Auditor certification desirable

- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, API Q1 standards
