Hiring For Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Rajpura. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. You should have a diploma in engineering and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Regular Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of machinery.

- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose equipment faults quickly and effectively to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.

- Implement Upgrades: Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in the installation of upgrades or new systems to enhance performance.

- Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with production and safety teams to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in harmony with operational procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
