Machine Operator Helper - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator Helper to support our machine operators in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in operating machinery, ensuring smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Operators: Help machine operators in setting up and operating machinery by providing necessary tools and materials.

2. Monitor Machine Performance: Keep an eye on machine operations and report any issues or abnormalities to the operator promptly.

3. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the work area and machinery are clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.

4. Load and Unload Materials: Help load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring safe handling approx 1 kg.

5. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions accurately, and must exhibit strong teamwork skills. Good communication is also important to collaborate effectively with machine operators. The position is full-time and requires the ability to work in a factory environment.
