Logistics Executive - Yelahanka Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Onboard vehicles of TATA Ace, Mahindra Pickup, Bolero, Ashok Layland, and TATA 407 (3 tons to 4 tons vehicles) as necessary.

2. Maintain and Monitor inventory records regularly

3. Plan and coordinate orders for timely dispatch.

4. Monitor loading, dispatch, and delivery activities.

5. Manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.

6. Track inbound and outbound shipments.

7. Perform billing in Tally Prime, including E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.

8. Handle basic GL accounting and payment follow-ups.

9. Prepare reports using MS Excel.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

2. Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.

3. Good coordination and communication skills.
