Logistics Executive (Male)

K9HR SOLUTIONS (Jahanvee Patel, Mo. No. +91 ) is seeking a Smart, Experienced, and Self-Motivated Male candidate for the position of Logistic Marketing Executive based in Rajkot.

The role involves actively developing new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector by identifying and approaching potential clients such as manufacturers, traders, and distributors requiring transportation services. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular market visits, generating leads, converting them into confirmed transport deals, and building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. The job also includes understanding client logistics requirements, offering suitable transport solutions, negotiating freight rates, and finalizing contracts while ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets. Coordination with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery, continuous client follow-ups for repeat business, and maintaining proper records of meetings, quotations, and deals are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, the candidate should monitor competitor activities and stay updated with market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent negotiation and convincing abilities. A solid understanding of business development, client acquisition, and market research is required, along with a target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset.
