Key Responsibilities
• Data entry into various CRMs (Infynity, MyCRM, Mercury, FLEX, Salestrekker) and Apply Online (AOL)
• Preparing application documents, including First Home Buyer scheme forms, grants, and discharge forms
• Document management: collecting, renaming, organising, and follow-up
• Conducting valuations, pricing requests, credit checks, and living expense analysis
• Handling loan applications from start to finish — CRM to AOL submission, pricing, valuation, and servicing
• Identifying suitable lenders for specific scenarios
• Running scenarios with BDMs
• Researching and interpreting lender policies
• Liaising with customers, solicitors, lenders, and other relevant stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Experience working with Australian or international loan processes
• Familiarity with insurance coordination and financial planning
