Hiring Fresher - Loan Officer - Jamshedpur

We are hiring Loan Officers for BSS Department who will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and supporting merchants/customers while driving financial product penetration. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers/merchants for loan and financial products.

Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market mapping.

Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.

Complete KYC documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

Achieve monthly targets for disbursement and customer acquisition.

Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections (if assigned).

Maintain daily activity reports and update records accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred

Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply

Age: As per company norms

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler mandatory

Valid Driving License
