Preferred Industry Experience:

Bank/NBFC with experience in sales of retail assets (unsecured)

Merchant banking sourced through Direct Sourcing, including Telecom (Post-Paid), Credit Cards, and Direct Sales in other segments

Desired Experience:

Relevant experience of 6 Month to 2 years in any unsecured loan product, preferably Business Loans, with Direct Sourcing experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding the product offering clearly

Ability to explain the product to merchants

Proficient in Cold Calling and Direct Sourcing activities

Good knowledge of Local Market Sales dynamics

Independently handle sales calls and inquiries

Manage and execute local sales promotions

Achieve targeted loan disbursements

Ensure the smooth flow of processes related to credit and operations

Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio

Skills and Competencies:

Strong customer focus

Energetic and willing to work in a dynamic environment

Strong commercial and business acumen

Knowledge of the financial services industry

Good communication and interpersonal skills
