1. Defined Career Path

Join as LA Trainee

LA confirmation after 9 Month completion

Promotion to Sr LA after 1 year (Top 20% percentile) with following criteria*:

Minimum Annual Target completion: 75%

Minimum % in semester 1: 50%

*Business recommendation (at least 6 months in system)

Promotion to Sr LA after year with following criteria*:

Minimum Total Target completion: 70%

Minimum % in semester 1 & 2: 50%

Promotion to Sr LA after 2 year with following criteria*:

Minimum Total Target completion: 65%

Minimum % in semester 1, 2, 3: 50%

Opportunity to lead branch after 2 years of first promotion if promoted at least once in last 3 years

Provision for second promotion within 3 years of joining basis Business recommendation (at least years in system)
