Job Description

A Life Insurance Sales Manager drives revenue by leading, training, and motivating a team of agents or bank partners to meet or exceed sales targets. They develop sales strategies, recruit new agents, ensure regulatory compliance, and build client relationships to increase market share. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, conducting performance reviews, and analyzing market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–5+ years in insurance sales, with a proven track record in team management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

CTC - 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 pa

Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of life insurance products and local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales goals.

Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed company business goals and KPIs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner banks (Bancassurance).

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, conduct appraisals, and provide regular feedback to improve results.

Compliance & Operations: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads through direct, agency, or bank channels.
