we are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused freelance insurance advisor to provide personalized insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. as a freelance advisor, you will work independently to assess clients' needs, recommend suitable insurance policies, and assist with policy management and claims support.

key responsibilities:

1. conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand clients insurance needs

2. provide advice on a wide range of insurance products, including life, health, auto, property, and commercial coverage

3. compare policies from different insurers to offer the best value and coverage options

4. educate clients on policy details, terms, and conditions

5. assist clients with application processes, renewals, and claims

6. stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and new products

7. build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing support

qualifications:

proven experience as an insurance advisor, agent, or broker fresher also

strong understanding of various insurance products and regulatory requirements

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

relevant licenses or certifications (as required by your region or country)

preferred skills:

crm or insurance management software experience

multilingual capabilities (optional, but a plus)

strong organizational and time-management skills
