Eligibility:

? Secretarial/Para legal experience of 3-5 years ? Preference shall be given to candidates from IP Background; Experience of working as a secretary in IPR law firm/IPR department of an organization. ? Educational Background: 10-2/Graduate

Key Skills required:

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc) with excellent typing Speed and

Good in written and spoken English.

Good understanding on procedure/forms related to Patent Fillings in India

Job Description:

Clerical and secretarial duties like typing, filing and related work

Co-ordination/follow-up with the clients > Raising bills and organizing reports to the clients

Preparing dockets and maintaining timelines > Organizing and maintaining files of records and correspondence of both routine and confidential
