● Liaison with concerned Government departments

● Legal drafting of transaction-related documents

● Drafting of legal notices and replying to the notices.

● Well-versed with provisions of Property Law, Contract Law, and Writ Petition thereon etc.

● Handle matters relating to : Contracts/ Due diligence relating to titles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting

● Has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice.

● Must also have exceptionally good skills in legal negotiation. Must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matters comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
