Drafting of legal notices and replying to the notices.

Well-versed with provisions of Property Law, Contract Law, and Writ Petition thereon etc.

Handle matters relating to : Contracts/ Due diligence relating to titles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting

Has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice.

Must also have exceptionally good skills in legal negotiation. Must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matters comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
