legal executive

● deep understanding of corporate law, and intellectual property law.

● liaison with concerned government departments

● legal drafting of transaction-related documents

● drafting of legal notices and replying to the notices.

● well-versed with provisions of property law, contract law, and writ petition thereon etc.

● handle matters relating to : contracts/ due diligence relating to titles/property/ documentation/ drafting

● has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice.

● must also have exceptionally good skills in legal negotiation. must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matters comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
