Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry for different kinds of data - Sales, Purchase, Accounts etc.Keeping a track of all the orders on a daily basis.Taking approvals from the customers for the orders before sending it to the production team and Getting MOQ's approval from Management.Sending orders to the production team in a timely manner and in the specific set format.Sending backorders received from Order team to production team on time and taking follow ups and ensuring these are sent asap.Taking care of communication with all the involved parties.Liasoning with the Accounts department for any Invoicing to be done.RequirementsGraduate/Diploma Holder from a reputed college or university.Minimum Experience of 1 Year as a Data Entry OperatorGood Data Management skills in Excel or Google Sheets.Must have good knowledge of MS Excel formulas

Social Media Executive Developing engaging social media strategies. Managing social media platforms of the organization. Scheduling social media posts. Engaging followers with regular company updates. Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention. Overseeing Social Media teamwork. Responding to the comments on social media on time. Monitoring social media metrics and ROI. Analyzing social media trends. Assisting the HR department with hiring and training new employees. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports. Optimizing social media content effectively. Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members. Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals. Requirements Prover work experience as a Social Media Analyst , Social Media Strategist , Social Media Executive, or a similar position. Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy. Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

Legal Executive Deep understanding of Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Liaison with concerned Government departments Legal drafting of transaction-related documents Drafting of legal notices and replying to the notices. Well-versed with provisions of Property Law, Contract Law, and Writ Petition thereon etc. Handle matters relating to : Contracts/ Due diligence relating to titles/property/ Documentation/ Drafting Has to have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice. Must also have exceptionally good skills in legal negotiation. Must also have an ability to draft and manage complex patent, trademark, and regulatory documentation, handling such matters comfortably within a fast-paced business environment.
