Urgent Requirement For in House Legal Counsel

we are seeking an experienced in-house legal counsel to handle the company’s legal matters across

corporate, civil, and criminal domains. the ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a

sound understanding of corporate laws, and the ability to provide proactive legal support to

business operations.

key responsibilities:

• represent the company in civil and criminal cases before courts, tribunals, and regulatory

authorities.

• draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• liaise with external counsels, law firms, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• ensure the company’s interests are protected in all legal proceedings.

• manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation strategy.

• conduct legal research and keep the management updated on relevant legal developments.

key requirements:
