Job Description

key responsibilities:

- support the regions in empanelment of advocates or law firms and monitor the performance and quality of the impaneled advocates and/or law firms

- should have knowledge of drt proceedings and sarfaesi, cases of ni act, arbitration proceedings, civil recovery suites, and execution proceedings, (3) cases under crpc, consumer cases, state commission appeals, etc.

- should have handled documentation/legal opinion on the property title trace and guided the team with solutions.

- drafting and issuance of legal notices. preparing responses to customers' legal notices and ombudsman complaints.

- manage database/mis of all the ongoing proceedings across functions and regions, follow up with concerned business/regional team for closure, and circulate the mis as and when required by ho.
