Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Executive (Email Marketing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Executive (Email

Marketing) to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating and executing targeted email

marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our business. This internship provides

an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and lead generation

within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture

leads.

 Conduct research to identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers within target

industries.

 Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of email contacts.

 Create compelling and personalized email content to engage recipients and drive

conversions.

 Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (., open rates, click

through rates, response rates).

 Optimize email campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.

 Assist in the segmentation of email lists to ensure tailored messaging for different

audience segments.

 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing strategies with

overall lead generation goals.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed information on leads and campaign

outcomes.

 Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving email marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business,

Communications, or a related field.

 Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Understanding of B2B

sales and marketing processes.

 Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (., LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

ZoomInfo).

 Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus.
