Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Executive (Voice) at Insights Fuse, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth through effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound calls to potential leads, presenting our products/services, and articulating their value proposition.

Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.

Qualifying leads based on specific criteria and ensuring they meet our target audience profile.

Collaborating with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions, updates, and lead status in our CRM system.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in lead generation or a relevant field, specifically in voice-based communication.

Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to engage prospects in persuasive conversations.

Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
