we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented lead generation & customer relationship executive to join our team. this is a full-time position ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment. the role involves managing incoming queries, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the business's growth.

key responsibilities:

lead generation

stay updated with all lead-generating portals and actively monitor incoming leads.

handle incoming queries and ensure timely response to potential customers.

identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation platforms.

client communication & relationship management

build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.

address customer inquiries and provide necessary information about the machinery products and services.

record keeping & stock maintenance

qualifications:

freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in lead generation or customer service is a plus.

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

basic knowledge of excel or other record-keeping tools is a plus
