We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment. The role involves managing incoming queries, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the business's growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead GenerationStay updated with all lead-generating portals and actively monitor incoming leads.Handle incoming queries and ensure timely response to potential customers.Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation platforms.Client Communication & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information about the machinery products and services.Record Keeping & Stock MaintenanceBusiness DevelopmentTeam CollaborationQualifications:Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in lead generation or customer service is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of Excel or other record-keeping tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential markets2. Connect with potential clients on a call and convert them.3. Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients4. Communicate effectively with clients and partners to build and maintain relations.6.
