About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our small but growing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong client pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
� Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
� Contact prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
� Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
� Maintain and update lead database/CRM regularly.
� Support marketing and sales initiatives with lead-related insights.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales (freshers welcome with good communication skills).
� Strong verbal and written communication skills.
� Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
� Ability to work independently in a small team setup.
� Positive attitude and willingness to learn
