about the role:
we are looking for a motivated lead generation executive to join our small but growing team. the role involves identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong client pipeline.
key responsibilities:
� research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
� contact prospects via calls, emails, and linkedin to generate interest.
� qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
� maintain and update lead database/crm regularly.
� support marketing and sales initiatives with lead-related insights.
requirements:
�� 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales (freshers welcome with good communication skills).
� strong verbal and written communication skills.
� basic knowledge of ms office / google workspace.
� ability to work independently in a small team setup.
� positive attitude and willingness to learn
