job responsibilities:

supervise day-to-day operations of the laundry department.

manage laundry staff to ensure timely and quality service.

inspect linens, uniforms, and guest clothing for quality and cleanliness.

oversee the operation of washing, drying, and ironing equipment.

maintain proper inventory of laundry supplies and place orders when necessary.

prepare daily reports and update records on laundry operations.

train new laundry staff on company standards and safety procedures.

coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill laundry requests.

ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all machines and work areas.

job requirements:

experience: minimum 2 years as a laundry supervisor or senior laundry attendant in hotels, hospitals, or commercial laundry services.

gender: male/female

age limit: 25-40 years.

education: high school or equivalent.

skills:

knowledge of laundry machinery.

leadership and team management skills.

basic english communication skills.

ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
