WE ARE HIRING - LANDSCAPING SUPERVISORS

Positions Available: 2

We are looking for 2 dedicated and responsible Supervisors to oversee landscaping, gardening and garden maintenance activities at our project sites.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Basic educational qualification.

Preferably, prior experience in civil construction or site supervision.

Basic knowledge of plants, gardening and landscaping is an added advantage.

Good communication and team management skills.

Ability to coordinate with workers and manage daily site activities.

Responsible, punctual and willing to work at project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day landscaping and garden maintenance activities.

Monitor planting, watering, pruning, trimming and lawn maintenance.

Allocate work to gardeners and labourers and ensure timely completion.

Ensure proper upkeep of plants, lawns, trees and landscaped areas.

Monitor plant health and identify pest, disease and irrigation-related issues.

Coordinate the availability and usage of plants, tools and materials.

Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and quality standards.

Monitor manpower attendance, productivity and work progress.

Coordinate with site engineers and other departments.

Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.

Report daily progress, material requirements and site-related issues to management.

Experience: Prior site supervision experience is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
