*Supervise daily gardening and landscaping activities.*Monitor planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and maintenance of plants.*Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds.*Guide and manage gardeners and horticulture workers.*Plan seasonal planting and landscape improvements.*Monitor the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening tools.*Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of garden areas.*Identify plant diseases and take preventive actions.*Maintain records of plants, materials, and maintenance activities.*Coordinate with management for garden development projects.

OMR 450 (Inclusive of Accommodation+Transportation and Other) On arrival, thecompany may support with temporaryaccommodation and thereafter the staff has to findhis accommodation. House rent allowance is addedto the above-mentioned salary.Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedules andcompletion for landscape irrigation systems. Design, construction, installation, and operation management of irrigation drainagenetwork systems Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take corrective action. Monitor the project's progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to takeappropriate action to catch the delay. Evaluate the variation orders and monthly progress claims. Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints. Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordinationwith MEP. section Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of the irrigationsystem. Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourcedtechnicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems. Coordinate all activities related to and supervision of the third-party contractor'sirrigation staff. Ensure that third-party contractor's irrigation staff follow appropriate Safety and securityguidelines at all times. Monitor acquisition and use of materials Maintain confidentiality of information at alltimes. Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as assigned by the headsection. Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines. Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency. Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommendprocedural changes to avoid such problems.
