We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, and support the kitchen staff in various tasks. This is a full-time position ideal for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.

Qualifications and Skills

*Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred, but not required

*Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques

*Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

*Good physical stamina and dexterity

*Excellent teamwork and communication skills

*Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

*Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

*A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Roles and Responsibilities

*Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff

*Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces

*Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and practices

*Assist in receiving and storing incoming supplies and ingredients

*Help in chopping, cutting, and peeling vegetables and other food items

*Assist in serving food to customers, if required

*Perform basic kitchen tasks, such as washing and cutting fruits, and preparing ingredients

*Support the kitchen staff in any other duties assigned
