key responsibility areas:
• to play a key role as a core member in defining business targets and achieving business revenues.
• to set, manage and drive every business line (b2b) to achieve the set business targets and business revenues.
• to work along with sales head in creating sales planning business line wise , channel wise , platform wise / product category wise
• to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
• to strategies the market focus and sales planning.
• to work along with the product & marketing team in conceptualising various marketing plans and to finalise the most effective in line with the sales plan.
• to continuously achieve the set sales targets.
• to co - ordinate with the respective teams and handle sales operational points related.
• to continuously analyse the sales data and to track sales performance - business line wise / region wise / title wise / category wise.
• to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• to plan and prepare the trade marketing requirement - business line wise / channel wise / title wise
• to execute the trade marketing activities through the resources.
• to capture and to analyse the outcome of trade marketing activities
• to make presentations on sales analytics, data and performance which would help to enhance the selling strength.

• exposure of working or dealing with lfr or online organisation . croma, reliance, flipkart, amazon, cloudtail.
• strong sales acumen with strategic thinking.
• good gaming knowledge will be added advantage.
• good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
