Hiring For Junior Software Developer

We are seeking a proactive Junior Developer to join our project delivery and implementation team. The role involves contributing across the full SDLC within Agile sprints, supporting frontend and backend development, and working with low-code/configuration-driven platforms. Candidates must have insurance domain experience and be open to short-term onsite travel (valid passport required).

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Agile sprints and contribute across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Develop, test, and maintain application modules aligned with sprint goals.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices.

Support implementation, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and enhancement requests.

Mandatory Skills

1+ year of Insurance domain experience (mandatory).

Proficiency in JavaScript, , and Angular or React.

Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms.

HTML5, CSS3.

SQL (basic queries, joins).

REST APIs, JSON.

Git/version control.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum.

Good to Have

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture.

Familiarity with BPM tools, API orchestration, and third-party integrations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Masters degree preferred.

Relevant certifications in Insurance platforms, core insurance/core banking systems, enterprise application development, or low-code/workflow platforms are an advantage.

Experience

23 years of experience in JavaScript or Java full-stack development/project implementation.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end features in customer or product implementations.
