Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior HR Executive to support the recruitment and hiring operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and supporting on-boarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
• Follow-up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Assist in on-boarding and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with senior HR team and department managers for hiring requirements.
• Ensure proper communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support daily HR operational activities and reporting.
Requirements:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS-Excel, email handling, and recruitment portals.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior HR/recruitment experience is mandatory.
