Junior Engineer Civil

- Support the senior site engineer in overseeing construction activities to ensure work is performed in compliance with design specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

- Interpret construction drawings and assist in implementing the technical aspects of structural, architectural, and civil works on site.

- Take accurate measurements at the site and assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material estimates.

- Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports for submission to project managers or senior engineers.

- Assist in managing construction materials, tools, and equipment usage on-site, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal wastage.

- Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met and that construction is carried out as per specifications and codes.

- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.

- Maintain detailed records of project documents, including daily logs, inspection reports, material deliveries, and work schedules.

- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations at the construction site and report any unsafe practices to the site supervisor.

- Assist with site layout and leveling, using surveying instruments under the guidance of a senior engineer or surveyor.

- Continuously learn new construction techniques, codes, and software tools to improve technical knowledge and on-site effectiveness.
