Duties/Responsibilities:
• Posting journal entries.
• Creation of Invoices.
• Posting expenses in the HRMS.
• Creation of PF working – monthly.
• Routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alert supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Distribute accounting reports as directed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
