We're seeking a junior accountant having 1-3 years experience, good knowledge on Tally / Banking and Admin work.

Role and Responsibilities:

€¢ He/ She should be good at preparing GST statements, Preparing and Making employee salaries, managing patty cash and factory daily expenses.

€¢ The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts. He/ She would be required to perform routine accounting functions such as handling petty cash, banking €“ online and off line , preparation and posting of vouchers, PO, invoicing, preparation of stock Report, etc.

€¢ He/ She will be responsible for Recording daily financial entries into the accounting software, Verifying and reconciling invoices and vendor statements.

€¢ Assisting with audits and other financial reviews.

€¢ Preparing bank deposits and conducting daily bank reconciliations.

€¢ Factory administration will be an advantage.

€¢ Able to handle administration, paperwork, maintain records of company assets and reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Candidates must have the knowledge of:

€¢ Accounting

€¢ Book keeping

€¢ Tally

€¢ Microsoft Office

Essential Skills

The candidate should have total 1 to 2 yrs. practical experience with exposure of handling routine accounting work operational experience in Tally ERP 9.

Qualifications Required:

€¢ Bachelor or Master of commerce

€¢ Must have hands on experience on Tally Erp 9 software

€¢ Must know MS word and excel for managing financial data and reports

Salary Package:
