Job Description

1. Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on various IT concepts, programming

languages, software tools, and applications.

2. Develop and design training programs, course materials, and practical exercises based on the

latest IT industry trends.

3. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT sector to ensure training content is

relevant and up-to-date.

4. Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are met.

5. Provide ongoing guidance and assistance to students, addressing individual learning needs and

career aspirations.

6. Foster a conducive and collaborative learning environment, promoting active student

participation.

7. Work closely with other instructors and departments to ensure a well-rounded curriculum and

cross-disciplinary learning.

8. Proficient in teaching practical tools such as programming languages (Java, Python, etc.),

databases, and operating systems.
