Roles and Responsibilities
Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.
Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to the customers.
Identifying and fixing issues with software, hardware, networks, or systems
Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
Preferred candidate profile: immediate joiners
Salient Features: Day Rotational: Between 8 AM and 10 PM (For Female till 8 PM)6 working days working and 1 day rotational off.
