job purpose

key responsibilities (remote)
✔ provide remote it support to internal employees and field staff
✔ troubleshoot windows laptops/desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
✔ manage email accounts, passwords, and basic access control
✔ assist staff with ms office, email, pdf tools, and documentation systems
✔ support basic networking issues (internet, vpn, wi-fi guidance)
✔ coordinate remotely with vendors for hardware/software issues
✔ maintain it asset records and basic system documentation
✔ assist in onboarding new employees with system setup
✔ ensure data backup practices and basic cybersecurity hygiene
✔ log and track it issues and resolutions

required qualifications
✔ 1+ year experience in it support, helpdesk, or end-user it role
✔ diploma or degree in computer networking / it / computer systems
✔ knowledge of windows os, ms office, email systems
✔ ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
✔ good communication skills (english & hindi)
✔ ability to work independently in a remote environment
