Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize online job boards, social media, and other channels to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
