responsibilities:

- negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.

requirements:
- proven experience as an it recruiter or similar role.
- strong knowledge of it roles, technologies, and trends.
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
