Hiring For IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in recruiting for IT roles and will be capable of sourcing, screening, and selecting the right candidates for various technical positions.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Sourcing Candidates:** Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates in the IT field.

- **Screening Resumes:** Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their skills and experience.

- **Conducting Interviews:** Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates technical abilities and cultural fit within the organization.

- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.

- **Maintaining Candidate Database:** Keep track of all candidates in an organized database, ensuring up-to-date information and consistent communication.

- **Providing Feedback:** Give constructive feedback to candidates after interviews, enhancing their experience and encouraging top talent to apply.

Required skills and expectations include:

Candidates should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setup are essential. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple candidates and roles effectively. Experience in using recruitment software and tools will be advantageous. A diploma in a relevant field is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge of recruitment practices.
