Key responsibilities include:

- **Screening Resumes:** Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their skills and experience.
- **Conducting Interviews:** Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates technical abilities and cultural fit within the organization.
- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
- **Maintaining Candidate Database:** Keep track of all candidates in an organized database, ensuring up-to-date information and consistent communication.
- **Providing Feedback:** Give constructive feedback to candidates after interviews, enhancing their experience and encouraging top talent to apply.
