Supporting IT and Admin procurement and Managing the assets

Front and Back end support in client and customer queries ISP related issues

Managing the procurement and conversation with the vendor regarding procurement of IT Assets as per the organization requirement.

Remote Management (SSH, PUTTY, RDP)

Windows Administration, TCP/IP Network Troubleshooting Server hardware planning & implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Working experience on Firewall - Rules implementation

Hands on experience on Active Directory Domain Controller

Experience on configuring SIP and IP-PBX Servers and IP Phone configuration

Configuration and Monitoring access/biometric control

User/Group Administration: Adding a New User Account, Modifying/Deleting User Account, Locking and Unlocking user accounts and Application Troubleshooting.

Creating and deployment of Group policies from AD to client machines

DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and Local Area Network Issues.

Committed team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Willingness to relocate and ability to quickly adapt to new environments & technologies, dedicated to successful project completion with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems

One must have expertise in Windows, Firewall, OS Server, PBX, VOIP, VMware.

Knowledge on SQL/Database Management will be an added advantage.

Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support

Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
