• working experience on firewall - rules implementation
• hands on experience on active directory domain controller
• experience on configuring sip and ip-pbx servers and ip phone configuration
• configuration and monitoring access/biometric control
• user/group administration: adding a new user account, modifying/deleting user account, locking and unlocking user accounts and application troubleshooting.
• creating and deployment of group policies from ad to client machines
• dhcp, dns, active directory and local area network issues.
