Job Description

Soft skills/experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

A clear and professional telephone manner.

Good written and oral communication

Good co-ordination skill

Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels

Move In -Move Out management and Vendor Management.

Tracking the customer's quires until it got rectified.

Following engineer for closure

Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service.

Identifying vendors providing man power support for our business calls

Technical & Vendor management Desired skills/experience

Should have understanding of ticketing tools & SLA.

SLA management.

Hands on experience of help desk management.

Co - ordination with field team , Vendors and Client for Issue resolution.

Enrolling and certifying engineers as per clients requirement

Maintaining database as per contractual agreement with Engineers/ Vendors

Monitoring and updating the performance of the vendor

Regular reviews for charges, certification and availability for on call support

Support to our help desk team for immediate availability of resource in the required location

Coordinating with vendor and our help desk team for service to the client

Qualification: Graduation

Experience:

1-2 years of Experience in finding resource globally to service our client as per SLA in IT hardware support .

Should have at least 2 years experience in Helpdesk dispatch module and vendor management

Gender: Female

Shift: One for day and one for night
